Many of you saw Lucy on Thursday's WAKA noon news. After her tv debut we had several calls about Lucy but she is still available for adoption. Why not take advantage of our half price adoption and make Lucy your new family member for only $60? Lucy is a 2-year-old female Lab/Blue Heeler(Australian Cattle Dog) who has already been spayed. She came to PAHS as an owner turn in because her owner moved and the yard at the new house was not big enough for Lucy. This pretty girl has a very unusual looking coat that is light brown (some call taupe); and she also has a little bit of white markings on her chest. Lucy is a big gal; she weighs 61 pounds so she is considered to be a large adult dog. She is well behaved and she is leash trained. Lucy gets along well with other dogs (both large and small) and she would be great in a home with children. Her laid back temperament makes her a great choice for just about any home. Lucy is a perfect example of why Labs and Lab mixes are America's most popular breed. Come meet her soon! ****Please note that when introducing a new dog into a home with children and other pets adult supervision is strongly recommended until the new dog settles in with the family.****
