The Luna Theater – The practice of Bonsai is a gentle, peaceful endeavor, and creates the perfect remedy for dealing...

Tonight at 7: "The Bonsai Effect" is a short documentary produced by local filmmaker Christopher Alan Maloney. It explores the relationship between Bonsai trees and their caretakers, and centers around a specific garden in New England that boasts one of the most extensive collections in the world.
The practice of Bonsai is a gentle, peaceful endeavor, and creates the perfect remedy for dealing with post-election stress. Cultivating trees can be a courageous act and a form of protest all its own. #treesnottrump

This FREE screening will be accompanied by a brief lecture from the curator of Bonsai West in Littleton, MA. Filmmaker will be in attendance.
